Mr. Rich Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@mrrichco.com.
At Mr. Rich, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For incorrect, faulty, or damaged items, Mr. Rich will cover all return shipping costs.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) must also be provided. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Sunglasses must be returned in the same condition as delivered—unworn, scratch-free, and in their full original packaging, including protective cases or cloths.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for a different size or color of the same item. If you'd like a different style, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Mr. Rich will cover the cost of one exchange shipment per order.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of arriving at our facility. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
